ד"ר פלמנוביץ' ממשיך ללמוד ולקבל הכשרה בתחומים החדשים ביותר ברפואת כף רגל וקרסול. בין אם זה טכניקות ניתוחים חדשות, מכשירים רפואיים וציוד רפואי מתקדם. 

את הטכניקות החדשות הוא מיישם על מטופליו, במידה והמצב הרפואי מאפשר, והטכניקה החדשה ראויה לשימוש. 

ההכשרות מתקיימות בארץ ובחו"ל.

פלמנוביץ' הינו מנטור מקצועי למתמחים במחלקת אורתופדיה.
